We chose the Santa Croce district because it exists in a productive friction between industrial history and urban future. This is not a static location, but a territory in constant motion.

Our studio occupies a former fish cannery. We preserved its original essence: expansive volumes, a robust frame, and a functional logic. Genuine structures endure. We reject the superficiality of modern corporate design. The raw memory of this building is not a relic to hide, but the material framework for our daily practice.
This space is designed as an open, adaptive device, not a closed workplace. Here, execution is never reduced to a checklist of services; it becomes a space that hosts strategic design, culture, and workshops, acting as a catalyst for the city.
